Australasian Turkey Federation Conference 2013March 15, 2013
Dear Friends and Colleagues
On behalf of the Australasian Turkey Federation committee, it is my great pleasure to announce our Annual Conference. Hosted by Baiada , the Conference will be held on 12-14 July 2013 at Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley.
The Organizing Committee is working on an impressive program to share information on the latest developments in our industry, including:
- Turkey, welfare, housing and processing
- Conventional and functional Turkey nutrition
- Turkey biosecurity, health and the environment; and
- Technology of Turkey products and marketing
Participants will have the chance to meet and exchange valuable information on the recent challenges in Turkey production, research and technology.
The aim is to arrange interesting scientific and cultural programs for all delegates and accompanying persons, and hence to make attendance at the conference pleasant and productive.

Delegates are required to book and pay for their own accommodation. Compared to other hotels in the region the Hunter Valley Resort has offered quite good rates, as follows:
